What can I do at soFUNco?

At our Geelong CBD venue, you’ll find:

  • Laser Tag
  • Arcade games
  • Bowling

You can choose to play one activity, mix and match, or stay for a while and make a day of it. No pressure, no set order.

How does arcade play work?

Arcade games are played using a Play Card.
You can:

  • Load credits and pay per game
  • Choose a Time Play pack for unlimited games within a set time

Play Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online, and reused across future visits.

Do I need to book?

  • Arcade: Walk-ins welcome
  • Bowling: Walk-ins only, lanes allocated on arrival
  • Laser Tag: Walk-ins welcome, bookings recommended during busy times
  • Parties and group bookings: Advance booking required

If you’re visiting with a group or on a weekend, booking ahead is always a good idea.

What ages is soFUNco best for?

  • soFUNco is designed for all ages.
  • Many arcade games are suitable for younger children
  • Bowling works well for mixed ages and abilities
  • Laser Tag has age requirements for safety

If you’re unsure what’s best for your group, our team is happy to help when you arrive.

What should we wear

  • Comfort is key.
  • Casual clothing works best
  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended
  • Dark clothing is great for Laser Tag, but not essential

You don’t need special shoes for bowling.

How long should we allow?

That’s up to you. Some visitors drop in for a quick game or two, while others stay longer and try a few activities. If you’re planning to play Laser Tag, bowl and hit the arcade, allow at least 1 to 2 hours.

Where should we park?

Street parking can be limited, especially on weekends. We recommend parking at:

  • Market Square Shopping Centre
  • Westfield Geelong

Both are a short walk from soFUNco.

When is soFUNco busiest or quieter?

soFUNco can be busier during:

  • Weekends
  • School holidays
  • After school hours

If you’re after a quieter visit, weekday mornings and early afternoons are usually a good option.

Is soFUNco accessible?

Yes — soFUNco has elevator access to all levels of the venue.

Please note that access to the bowling lanes is via stairs only. If you need assistance, our friendly team is happy to help where possible.

Are there toilets and water stations

Yes — we have multiple public toilets, including a parents’ room with a change table and a disability-accessible bathroom.

We don’t have public water stations, however bottled water is available for purchase at the front counter.
